Q: What courses does the school offer, how long is each lesson and what are the prices?
A: For available class and tuition fee per lesson, please see the price lists. (please click here.) Our private courses are charged and counted on a montly basis. Most of our students take lessons once a week. But you can have more than one lesson per week if you have enough time for practice, subject to our teachers' availability. Each lesson is 50 minutes in duration.
Q: What is the school policy on missing lessons, will I get charged?
A: As the teacher's time is reserved for you, you will be charged for missing lessons. However we encourage our teachers to be as flexible as possible in offering make up lessons, subject to availability. If you are going to be away for long vacations, you may decide to continue to pay in order to reserve the same teacher and time, or temporary drop whereby you don't need to pay, however we cannot guarantee you will get the same teacher and/or time when you come back.
Q: Can the teachers come to teach at my home?
A: No. We only conduct the lesson in our school only. By this way we can monitor your progress closely and be sure that you are matched happily with our teachers.
Q: What is the minimum age to start an instrument?
A: We usually accept students from age of four. In practical it really depends on the child.
Q: Can I not joining the school’s activities and the concert?
A: We have 3 students concerts a year usually in March, July and November. We encourage you to join at least one concert a year. Joining the concert gives student a good experience on the stage. Of course we won’t force you.
